✨ ChatGPT gets a PLUS tier!

OpenAI turn on the taps to revenue and launch a priority tier at $20 per month.

G’day everyone 👋🏻

It seems like sending out an email that doesn't flag up warnings when links get clicked is wayyyy harder than it seems. So we’re trying a slightly different method of delivery today (back on Beehiiv) so let me know if you have any issues.

Disclaimer: If you previously unsubscribed and have gotten this, my apologies it’s being checked as I write this.

Let’s tuck into some of the shiny things from across the internet today, starting with a killer AI coding copilot tool. Not literally a killer ai but yeah.

TODAY’S TREASURE

So, AI-Copilot tools are HOTTER than a McDonalds apple pie right now, and this one is no different. Launched today on ProductHunt, Kodezi is an AI Coding Tool that does a ton of things, making it 10x easier and faster for people to write, debug, clean up, and comment on code. Check it out here.

This AI adoption hockey stick is bananas.

p.s. if you don’t understand what that last bit means, don’t worry. AI good, moving fast.

SHINY INSIGHT

At Shiny, we love this thing called ‘no-code’. It’s a word that describes software tools that let anyone build websites and apps without having to know how to write code.

In a nutshell, no-code app development tools like Glide are fantastic. The more people who create apps, the better it is for everyone.

But, now that AI can write code for you, where does that leave no/low-code tools? With Github Copilot and other AI powered coding apps, you can ‘write code’ by just telling it what you want. And ‘anti’ no-code devs are salivating over their possible demise.

Ping us a reply and let us know what you think on either side of the argument.

VIDEOS INCOMING

Newsletters are fantastic, and people are catching on. The OG’s that blazed the trails before us, thank you for leading the way.

However, having an edge is essential for cutting through the noise AND an increasingly cluttered inbox. So we’ll be testing some video/audio formats too.

Here is a couple of the test runs for you to roast over the fire.

Constructive mocking is welcome too.
